Job Description
Within our 600-person manufacturing facility in Roswell, Leprino is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance organization, strengthen equipment reliability, and maximize plant performance in support of world-class cheese and dairy ingredient production. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for maintenance programs, reliability initiatives, and team development while partnering across the plant to improve safety, uptime, and operational excellence.
