Position Overview

Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience or completion of relevant certifications.
- Ability to work overtime as required.

- Perform drywall repairs and caulking.
- Basic plumbing and heating unit maintenance.
- Seasonal outdoor landscaping and ground maintenance.
