Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance / Production Supervisor to join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.
NOTE: 9-month contract 100% onsite Must be available to work OT as required including weekends Must be able to work all shifts
Responsibilities
- Coach team members on Safety, Quality, and Productivity to ensure objectives are met by adhering to standardized work
- Optimize production throughput in alignment with budget and cost objectives
- Monitor ANDON (a system to notify production issues) occurrences and serve as the initial responder for secondary support
- Verify production line safe and smooth operation, and its output of quality parts, through Process Confirmation
- Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) initiatives and coach problem resolution at the lowest possible level
- Meet targets for First Time Through (FTT), inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expenses
