Responsibilities
- Maintain property appearance and operations. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance for non‑vital building systems, roof maintenance, drain and leak inspections, and keep logs of all actions.
- Execute building maintenance tasks. Perform minor repairs and installations on non‑structural systems (e.g., plumbing, lighting, painting, tiling, carpeting, drywall, carpentry, signage, etc.) and maintain repair logs.
- Carry out exterior maintenance. Ground‑keeping activities including parking lot upkeep, landscaping, planter repairs, lawn mowing, sprinkler operation, garbage pickup, snow removal, ensuring grounds presentable and safe.
- Provide tenant services. Maintain and clean vacant spaces, respond to tenant maintenance requests, support leasing activity, keep tenant spaces in good repair.
