Nature and Scope
The Maintenance & Security Coordinator plays a critical role as part of the team that provides a safe, clean and efficient environment at SIIT. This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT's vision, mission, and mandate.
General Accountability
The incumbent is responsible for providing building maintenance services along with all related aspects of safety and security. The Maintenance & Security Coordinator focuses on facility operations that mitigate risk and ensure the safety of SIIT's employees, visitors and assets.
Specific Accountabilities
Maintenance & Administration- Ensure that building electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems are maintained and operated to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment
