Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position will part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.
Location: Two apartment communities with a total units of 96.

Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay rate range of $31.00-31.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
- Monthly auto allowance of $200.00
