About the Role
We require a Maintenance Supervisor for our Brantford, Ontario location for Afternoon Shift (8 hour shifts). The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the shift maintenance operations with direct responsibility for the oversight of hourly employees. The position is Afternoon Shift (3PM-11:30PM). Successful candidates require experience managing a team in a complex 24/7 facility, and have a track record of effective team building, KPI management and continuous improvement.
