ABOUT THE ROLE
The Maintenance Supervisor, Concrete Products will drive and implement programs to ensure a more robust, cost saving, efficient, and safety-focused plant maintenance system for our Concrete Products plants. The primary objective for this position is to create a proactive and preventative maintenance program.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Tracking overall maintenance costs, break down costs by categories like parts and assets, through the use of the software and pinpoint actions and assets that incur the highest costs. Meet repair deadlines and keep maintenance metrics (KPIs).
