Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Hamilton, ON
Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000/year + Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a large industrial manufacturing operation in the Hamilton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader with strong experience in heavy industrial or high-volume manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment and plant operations
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, millwrights, and contractors
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and support repairs on conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, rotating equipment, pumps, motors, and industrial machinery
