The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance while minimizing downtime. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, repairs, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives working in our state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated Oakville facility. As part of a 150-employee operation running 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.
