Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at our camp. This role is responsible for ensuring all camp facilities, equipment and systems are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for camp infrastructure, including accommodations, kitchens, HVAC, water treatment systems, and power generation.
- Lead and schedule the maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and facility‑related issues.
