Job Summary
This role provides leadership and direction to the Maintenance department and its staff members. This is a three-shift rotation position with a two week rotation.
Required Education and Experience
- Millwright and/or Electrical and/or Tool & Die trades certification and/or combination of 5-10 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic knowledge of computer software for Windows
- Working knowledge of an E-Maintenance or similar maintenance program would be preferred
- Knowledge of IATF certifications and audits
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of operating maintenance tools and equipment
- Press experience would be an asset
