As a Maintenance Technician at FMI, you'll be responsible for performing vital maintenance and repairs within our restaurants. Daily, you'll conduct preventive maintenance, inspect systems, and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues. Expect to manage a range of tasks, ensuring operational reliability and safety while using your skills to enhance the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and HVAC systems
• Conduct plumbing maintenance tasks as needed
• Complete workplace inspections for repair identification
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures
