You'll oversee the day-to-day operations supporting our prestigious AdminPlus clients—a comprehensive benefits administration solution that enables clients to focus on strategic HR priorities while Sun Life manages their program execution.
The AdminPlus Operations team handles critical client services including enrollment, beneficiary designations, new hire processing, retirement administration, and ongoing member support. This is a pivotal leadership role as the team continues to expand in response to growing market demand.
