Create commercial reports on Digital products and platforms for MTN Ghana leadershipProvide in depth analysis of digital products performancePerform deep analysis on how the digital products are used by customers based on data from the tools (e.g. funnel analysis, registration rates etc.)Work with the IT Business Intelligence team and the Customer Insights team to provide relevant insights and analysis in relation to how customers use the digital productsProvide training on the use of Digital Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to the rest of the Digital teamFaster and more reliable delivery of commercial reports for Digital productsProvide critical information for the prioritization of the delivery of new requirements for Digital productsIdentify potential areas for improvements...
