Manager Back End & Auxiliaries, Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe (m/f/d)
in any Ardagh Metal plant in Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Back End Team in the Engineering department.
- Member of the Engineering Management Team.
- Help implement the objectives and strategy of the Manufacturing Engineering Organization.
- Head of the Back End Department; lead, promote and motivate subordinate employees, continuously develop their abilities, assist in HR measures
- Identify training needs and devellopment opportunities according to the company future needs
- Ensure successful project management in case of Major Projects and smaller Process Improvement Projects in the field of responsibility.
