:Reporting to the Director, Business & Systems Analysis Chapter, the Manager, Business & Systems Analysis Chapter will lead a team of talented Business & Systems Analysts who support Canadian Delivery. This team brings insight, expertise, and strong delivery partnership to squads across Sun Life Canada’s Digital Enterprise model.
You will be accountable for building a strong, engaged team; coaching and developing high-performing practitioners; and collaborating closely with delivery leaders and stakeholders to align talent to business priorities, strengthen team and supporting strong delivery outcomes. You will also help advance practice transformation by supporting adoption of new ways of working, emerging technologies (AI), and continuous improvement opportunities that create measurable stakeholder value.
