The Manager, Community Services leads the implementation of strategic objectives and operational plans to provide effective and efficient delivery of community services that meet NH’s policies and health priorities. The position is responsible for providing leadership to the planning, delivery and evaluation of services. In accordance with Northern Health’s vision where people and their families receive primary care services supported by interprofessional teams, the Manager of Community Services ensures the use of best practice to provide competent, safe, and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, schools, and communities.
