Manager, Contract Management
As a member of Contract Management Team (CMT), managing contracts and project related issues during the implementation and operation of a large-scale financial system integration (SI) project in Hong Kong public sector.
Your Role:
Contract drafting, review & advisory: Work with project team, PMO, vendor management, legal team, procurement team, etc. to draft and review contractual documentation and advise project matters involving customer contract, subcontract to services and/or products providers, contract variation, NDA, master services and/or products agreement, project scope of work (SOW), IT industry guidelines & regulations related to the project, project specifications & scope, SLAs, payment arrangement, etc. Project management: Work with project team, PMO, vendor management, legal team, procurement team, etc. to review and revise the project management deliverables including...
