This position is responsible for leading Design & Execution of Projects for Tim Hortons US across all restaurant formats, including both architecture and interior design. The role involves working internally and with consultants to develop creative, site‑specific plans tailored from internal design guidelines for a variety of projects and markets while communicating design to restaurant owner groups and internal clients through written, visual, technological, and verbal means. Work with architectural consultants to adapt and apply design standards to specific projects, modernizing the brand and enhancing the guest experience.
