Job Description
The Manager of Diagnostic Imaging Services plans, organizes and directs the activities of Diagnostic Imaging Services at Providence St. Peter Hospital and assigned departments within Southwest Washington Region. The provision of safe, efficient, cost effective, quality imaging services is the focus of the departmental operations. Implements departmental goals and objectives, develops and assures professional standards, and assures a balanced budget in all cost centers. Works closely with the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, to assure imaging services are effectively coordinated. The Manager coordinates the daily operations through close interaction with leads, colleagues, staff, physicians, nursing personnel, and medical offices. Responsible for development and implementation of onsite operations, which are integrated and consistent with the regional delivery system.
