**Job Title: Manager, Digital & Tech – Plant & Automation**
**City, Country: Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium (with occasional travel to Maastricht 1/week)**
The candidate will bring a motivating, energetic, and self-driving personality toward the ongoing support and transformation of the Louvain-la-Neuve factory facility, as well as possible remote support of some other Europe sites. Effective IT Business Partnering and customer service management will be key in identifying, scoping, and planning of transformational solutions and upgrades for the site(s). The ability to manage & traverse an evolving matrixed organization will be essential.
