Position Purpose
The Manager, Donor Engagement, will be responsible for soliciting donations of food and other supplies for distribution to Salvation Army Ministry Units such as food banks and shelters.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and manage donor relationships, partnerships, and sponsorships to drive ongoing engagement, retention, and increased in‑kind contributions.
- Solicit and secure donations (food, toys, supplies, and other goods) from businesses, community partners, and individuals to support Salvation Army programs.
- Identify and cultivate new corporate and community partnerships to expand resource development and meet emerging program needs.
- Plan and coordinate seasonal and community campaigns (e.g., Toy Mountain, Back‑to‑School) to ensure effective collection, organization, and distribution of donations.
