Job Overview The Digital Channels Team builds and runs the digital services used by Canadian business customers to manage their everyday banking online. The role involves designing, building, and supporting digital experiences end‑to‑end.
Key Accountabilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery across analysis, design, build, test, release, and support.
Manage and develop engineering teams, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.
Drive agile execution, release planning, dependency management, and delivery risk mitigation.
Ensure quality, resiliency, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance are embedded into delivery.
