Work Arrangement: Hybrid — Field and Office-Based

Frontier Lithium is seeking a Manager, Environment & Community Relations to lead environmental, permitting, ESG, and community engagement initiatives as the company advances its lithium development projects in Northern Ontario.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sustainability, this role will support responsible project development by coordinating environmental studies, regulatory processes, sustainability reporting, and meaningful engagement with local and Indigenous communities.

This position plays a key role in supporting project approvals, environmental compliance, transparent stakeholder communication, and long-term regional value creation.
