About the Role
EY Centre is hiring a Manager, Event Management to lead our Event Coordination team and ensure exceptional event delivery from first call to show close. You’ll oversee our Event Coordinators, serve as the escalation point for clients and internal teams, and drive planning consistency across timelines, documentation, and on-site execution. This role also takes a lead on office management , keeping the department organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of Event Coordinators (coaching, scheduling, workflows, standards).
- Oversee event planning and execution: client communications, site visits, event timelines, budgets, and on-site leadership.
