Role Summary This role is responsible for overall operation of Extrusion Dept including end to end people management and ensuring safety of people and equipment and Quality of Products. To focus on improving productivity by challenging the status quo and by implementing best practices in the shop floor.
Roles and Responsibility:
Setting goals to team in line with management objectives.
Overseeing production operation - RM requirement, production scheduling, packing material mgmt. etc.
To develop High performance frontline Team to independently handle shop floor activities.
Coordination with dispatch team, stores, SCM, purchase team.
Daily and Monthly MIS preparation with analysis.
Monthly Raw material reconciliation.
Monthly Production and raw material planning.
Assessing new projects and automation requirements to improve productivity and Quality
