Job Description
**Position Purpose:**
The Manager of Merchandise Planning, HDD will be responsible for execution of assortment reviews and analyzing online programs and trends. This individual will drive promotion, pricing & profitability analytics and provide store side Merchandising with the insights needed to grow total market share. Responsible for analyzing data, key reporting and working with Direct Fulfillment Merchants to identify opportunities across multiple depts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ 40% Drive consistent category-level strategy planning with Merchants: coordination of necessary data from both store and online systems along with data from key competitors, development of project templates and concise reporting results for Online and Store Merchants
+ 30% Responsible for the creation and execution of KPI reporting, ensuring accurate data collection while highlighting key insights to drive decision making
