Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX
As the Manager, Functional Development - Guest Services you drive engaging and role-based learning for global Guest Services. You will lead highly dynamic teams and partner with delivery functions across the organization to drive scalability and continuity in learning. This role works in close partnership with the NAM, EMEA, and APAC guest service teams, as well as global retail teams.
You will create the framework for new ways of working and form valuable relationships with key cross functional partners. You will have a critical role in setting the annual objective and strategic plan for guest facing departments at Arc’teryx.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
