Purpose of Role:
To functionally manage Hudbay's HR Information Systems
Role Accountabilities:
System Integrity, Architecture, and Alignment: Accountable for the architectural integrity of HR systems, ensuring all design decisions harmonize global business requirements with technical scalability.HRIS Governance & Prioritization: Accountable for the HRIS governance framework, ensuring system changes are prioritized based on business value and executed within corporate risk and control parameters. This includes managing the HRIS request pipeline from business units as chair or the HRIS Governance committee, defining low-risk requests that can be delivered directly as pre-approved, and authorizing the deployment of change to production.Strategic Roadmap Delivery: Accountable for the definition and multi-year execution of the HRIS roadmap to support Hudbay’s long-term growth and operational efficien...
