Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on Frontline Repertoire Manager to help shape how international artists and music land and grow in Korea, one of the fastest‑moving music markets in the world.
In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end rollout of Sony Music's global releases, turning international priorities into locally relevant campaigns across digital, physical, and retail. You’ll work closely with global label teams, external partners and internal teams to create campaigns that cut through and genuinely connect with Korean audiences.
Success in this role means consistently creating campaigns that break through, building cultural moments for artists and music while driving real commercial impact in market.
