Responsibilities
- Improves team performance, recognizes and rewards performance, coaches employees, supports their development, and manages poor performance.
- Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.
- Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision‑making.
- Collaborate with multiple geographical teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production problems and liaise with business, vendors and IT groups for timely resolution.
- Acts as the prime subject‑matter expert for internal/external stakeholders.
- Supports deployment activities, managing implementation issues to resolution.
- Develop tools to automate tasks toward improved efficiencies.
