Job Description
To lead the operations, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the transport network comprising optical transmission, fiber infrastructure, microwave systems & VSAT systems ensuring high network availability and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operational governance of the optical transmission, fiber, and microwave transport network by ensuring high availability, service continuity, capacity readiness, and compliance with operational KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze transport network performance trends, recurring faults, and reliability metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures to minimize outages, repeat failures, and operational risks.
