You will be responsible for:
- coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders for land-related matters in relation to the preparation, execution and necessary modification of land grants for the WKCD;
- assisting in formulating and implementing property development concept and strategy, and contribute to business planning for property developments in the WKCD, including identification of development opportunities and requirements; Provide support to taskforce, working groups and committees as well as manage and monitor the related consultancy studies;
