To enable business growth by providing proactive, solution-oriented legal support for lending transactions, partnerships, and commercial arrangements, ensuring legal robustness while maintaining speed and flexibility.</p> <p>## Key Responsibilities<br />
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, term sheets, and financing documents for agri/MSME lending.<br />
- Structure secured/unsecured transactions, including warehouse finance, FPO lending, and value-chain financing.<br />
- Provide legal inputs for new product development, partnerships, and fintech collaborations.<br />
- Vet and standardize commercial contracts such as vendor, service, and distribution agreements.<br />
- Support business teams in deal closure, documentation, and execution readiness.<br />
