Job Description
Financial Planning & Strategic Leadership:
Lead the annual Global budgeting process, partnering with department managers to build robust, challenge-driven financial plans
Own and evolve the monthly forecasts, integrating operational and market drivers
Support long-range planning and multi-year financial modelling to align with corporate vision
Performance Analysis and Insight:
Deliver budget to actual reporting, providing commentary on key performance drivers and underlying trends
Develop and monitor comprehensive financial and operational models, identifying risks and opportunities
Curate monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the Leadership teams, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and strategic storytelling
