About the Role
Compassion International is seeking aManager of Partnershipto lead and support our church partners in theEast Nusa Tenggararegion. This role is critical in strengthening local church ownership, building capacity, and equipping churches to minister effectively to children and youth in their own communities.
As the primary liaison between Compassion and church partners, you will lead a team of Partnership Facilitators and ensure alignment with Compassion’s Partnership Management process. This position plays a key role in advancing our mission torelease children from poverty in Jesus’ name, particularly as we continue to grow and expand in the NTT region.
