In this role, you will:
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the Operational risk and resilience program roadmap, i.e., key milestones, deliverables, and timelines ensuring that activities align with the team’s strategic objectives and goals.Act as the subject matter expert for operational risk and resilience and provide advice and guidance to first and second line teamsAssist in the development and implementation of policies and frameworks that manage operational risk and resilienceSupport engagement with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the risk management lifecycle.Support the identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities to support our Operational Risk and Resilience posture.Foster a collaborative and productive working environment to achieve success.Deliver end-to-end capabiliti...
