Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: *5 to 8 Years, Experience in Chilli Grinding & Crushing Operations is Preferred.*
Salary: 10LPA - 12LPA
*Key Result Areas:*
1. Plan, manage, and execute production operations effectively.
2. Coordinate and prioritize production schedules, workflow, and operational activities.
3. Identify and report operational and maintenance issues to avoid production delays.
4. Schedule routine inspections and preventive maintenance of production equipment to minimize breakdowns and malfunctions.
5. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production operations
