- Champion a customer‑focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Champion the project’s vision by ensuring program objectives are clearly understood by the project team and applied throughout execution.
- Oversee and support workstream leads and project managers across the integrated project plan to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Own integrated project planning, status reporting, issue and risk management, including identification, documentation, mitigation, and escalation within governance protocols.
- Chair project status meetings and support workstream meetings as required.
