Within your team, your essential role will be:
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
- Ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards.
- Hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy.
- Supervise the work team, see to their training and evaluate them.
- Plan the budget for the pharmacy.
Hours
35 hours or more per week.

- Management experience.
- Mobilizing, autonomous, and dynamic by nature.
