Program Leadership
- Accountable for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of RJCF’s national employee giving initiatives, including employee‑led giving, granting, donation matching, volunteering, fundraising and other RJCF signature programs;
- Develop annual program plans, timelines, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to ensure alignment with RJCF’s mission and corporate priorities.
