Position overview
As a key member of the Real Estate Development team, the Manager, Real Estate Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Sea Island. Reporting to the Director, Real Estate Development, this one-year acting assignment/term position will lead the delivery of major development projects across 1,200 acres of available commercial land. You will oversee the development and construction of both Vancouver Airport Authority (VAA) and build-to-suit facilities such as specialized cargo buildings, warehouses, light industrial spaces, offices, and other airport-specific developments.
