Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, Rural and working closely with Medical Leadership, this position directs day to day operation of Central Corridor Medical Affairs. This is a fast-paced environment requiring excellent organizational and personal interaction skills.
Description:
This position is responsible for all zonal Medical Affairs operations. This includes physician workforce planning, recruitment, finance, special projects, clinical physician extension staff and admin support. The Manager serves as the Medical Affairs liaison for the ZMD and the Zone Medical Leadership team. Working with Medical Leadership is a significant portion of these positions. This work is required to ensure the sustainability of medical services/programming in the Zone.
