Purpose
The purpose of the Marketing BU is to sustainably maximise cash flows from the marketing of Anglo American products and services. In support of this, we have set ourselves a target to deliver a considerable uplift in Value by ****.
Key Tasks- Leadership
- Support personal and professional development of direct reports and employees once removed.
- Ensure team fully understands the Physical trading strategies with focus on 3rd party sourcing for Copper and related by-products and how they contribute towards achieving it.
- Foster working relationships and interactions beyond immediate team to maximize commercial synergy and career development opportunities across the Marketing BU.
- Support and work alongside the Head of Copper in shaping the Marketing culture and lead by example to embed the Marketing behaviors as the way we work together as a business.
