Overview
The Red Hat LATAM Technology Sales team is searching for an experienced and dynamic ASA Senior Manager to lead our team in Santiago, Chile. In this pivotal leadership role, you will guide and develop a team of Account Solution Architects focused on our key Commercial Accounts in the SoLA region, shape and execute RedHat’s go‑to‑market strategies across the Chilean market, and drive the adoption and success of our comprehensive product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, retain, and lead Account Solution Architects within the region to deliver RedHat Solution offerings through all sales motions and technical decision points (TDPs).
