Job Description
- Support the development and maintenance of MIS, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management reports for business performance reviews.
- Analyse operational, financial, and functional data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the Cost Excellence Program by tracking savings initiatives, monitoring benefit realization, validating data, and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Assist in monitoring and governing Operational Excellence, transformation, and continuous improvement projects across functions.
- Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Operations, Projects, IT, HR, and other stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and support implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Support process mapping, process performance measurement, and development of operational metrics.
