Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Execution Function & Dashboards: Create and analyze Enterprise Initiatives Dashboards for SMT and BOD, reporting on the health of key organic and inorganic initiatives relative to the original business case. During the build phase, work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to monitor scope, schedule, and cost relative to budget and identify key risks. Post‑launch work with Finance to track results to confirm value creation. Collaborate with Directors/VPs in the Business Units (BUs) and Finance to define a balanced set of Forward‑Looking KPIs for each initiative, in addition to financial metrics, to move towards active vs passive value monitoring. Manage quarterly dashboard completion working with BU/Finance Directors and PMO project managers to provide accurate, timely, and actionable data and insights to drive maturity and consistency across teams.
