Scotiabank is seeking a Manager, Talent Intelligence Design to join its Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director, HR Talent Intelligence Design, you will ensure specific individual goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives, requiring solid business acumen, discretion, and confidentiality.
In this role:
- Collaborating with multiple teams and functions across the organization to achieve strategic goals through agility, speed and collaboration.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to support collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting in defining problems and championing a user‑centric approach to develop and implement innovative HR solutions.
