Job Title: Manager, Tax & Treasury (GBS) Location: Chennai Qualification: CA, CPA Experience: 10+ years experience in a corporate tax environment Job Type: Permanent The primary objectives of this position are to: 1) Ensure compliance with applicable national, regional and local income and other tax laws. 2) Minimize, within legal limitations, the Company's effective tax rate. 3) Proactively work with legal and operational management to create simplified legal structures to accomplish the above. 4) Maintain banking relationships. 5) Manage global cash to ensure Holdings ability to fund dividends, redemption, and capital investments. 6) Maximize the effectiveness of cash management processes and controls Key Outcomes Outcome: Maximize value via management of the worldwide tax rate Actions: Utilizing available foreign tax credits at the optimal time Ensuring all withholding taxes are correct and accounted for Calculating the tax impact of dividends to maximize a return of value to sha...
